There is a choice of 3 different types of apartments at the Allamanda, all of which overlook the Golf course and/or the swimming pools.

All apartments and suites at the Allamanda are tastefully decorated, with each apartment having its own private balcony, separate living room, and a fully equipped kitchenette, which is handy to have when travelling with kids.

The Allamanda also has some fun activities for kids, including an on-site marine centre with a range of activities, including kayaking and paddle boats.

The Laguna Phuket Golf Club is located behind the resort, with a complimentary shuttle service to the Club, as well as offering guests who stay at the Allamanda a discount.

Travel Tips

The restaurants within the Laguna complex are excellent; however, they are a little pricey, as are the restaurants in the resorts.

Along Bang Tao Beach are loads of beachside restaurants, bars and Beach clubs where you can enjoy beachside dining with your feet in the sand.

If you're planning a trip to Patong, it will take around 30 minutes by taxi to get there; just remember taxis in Phuket are not cheap.

We found it cheaper to catch the complimentary shuttle bus to the entrance of the Laguna Complex and walk to the shops just outside the complex to purchase food or to get a taxi; it is much cheaper than within the resort.

If you are planning to stay at the Allamanda Phuket and want to spend a lot of time in Patong, you should look at either hiring a motorbike or a car or staying somewhere closer to the activities in Patong.
