Tri Trang Beach is located in front of the Merlin Beach Resort and is often confused with Tri Tra Beach, which is just a short walk away.
The reason why a lot of people get these beaches mixed up it because the Tri Trang Beach Resort is located on Tri Tra Beach or Emerald Beach as it is commonly known which overlooks Patong Bay.

Tri Trang beach and the Merlin resort are popular for private beach weddings with the spacious grounds of the Merlin wandering up to the beachfront which is ideal for wedding ceremonies.

A quick tip in planning that dream beach wedding is to check the tide charts in advance, a well planned wedding would have a mid to high tide making the backdrop for your wedding photo's the envy of all your friends.
