Sweat those evil toxins out @ a fun little spot in Patong

Massage spots in Patong are a 'dime a dozen' ... or if you blink, you'll trip over one. Here's a cute little spot which begs to be different. Recently moved to new management, Nanai Sauna is located on Nanai Road in Patong and was formerly called the Herbal Jungle. Frequented by the expat gals of ChickyNet, this is a little gem for locals. It's nothing fancy but does offer a great and affordable way to steam away some toxins and body grime.

Spend 170 baht (about $5.50) and you get unlimited daily use of a wet sauna (steam room), showers, cool dipping pool, complete with sarong, towel, and bottle of water. Complete body scrub and the usual massage services are also available.....make a whole afternoon of it with a cold beer!
