The Allamanda Phuket is located on Bang Tao Beach on the North West coast of Phuket, and lies within the beautiful grounds of the Laguna Phuket Resort Complex.

The Laguna Phuket Resort Complex is a holiday paradise with six deluxe hotels which are joined by lagoons and tree-lined roads.

Guests of these hotels can enjoy all the facilities including luxurious spa services.

An 18-hole golf course, boutique shopping, 30 restaurants and bars plus lots of fun activities for the kids.

The Allamanda is set in a great location with views of the scenic fairways of the Laguna Phuket Golf Club.

The Allamanda or any of the other resorts in the area is a perfect destination for golfing holidays or family vacations in Phuket.

There is a choice of 3 different types of apartments at the Allamanda all of which overlook the Golf course and or the swimming pools. 

All apartments at the Allamanda are tastefully decorated, with each apartment having it’s own private balcony, separate living room, a fully equipped kitchenette which is handy to have when travelling with kids.

Within the Allamanda apartments you will find a good range of amenities, which are listed below. These apartments are serviced on a weekly basis.

Whilst these are serviced apartments there is a range of facilities and services including two swimming pools .

There is also a free shuttle bus service to other hotels within the complex as well as a free shuttle boat service, a fun and romantic way to get around the resort.

Activities at the Allamanda

The Allamanda also has some fun activities for kids, including an on-site marine centre with a range of activities including kayaking and paddle boats.

The Laguna Phuket Golf Club is located behind the resort with a complimentary shuttle service to the Club as well as offering guests that stay at the Allamanda a discount.

Travel Tips

Take the complimentary shuttle bus to the entrance of the Laguna Complex and walk to the shops just outside the complex to purchase food or to get a taxi it is much cheaper then within the resort.

The restaurants within the Laguna complex are excellent, however they are a little pricey.

Note: Since the laws have changed in regards to restaurants and bars being set up on the beach, I am unsure if there is any beachfront restaurants left, but we are looking forward to finding out first hand in the coming weeks.

In the meantime I will leave the info and picture here, as I am sure they will be back.

Before the changes you could enjoy beachside dining at fantastic beachside restaurants directly on the sands of Bang Tao Beach.

The food was so yummy and the atmosphere was superb.

The restaurants I am talking about are not attached to any of the resorts in the Laguna Complex, and the meals were so much cheaper.

If your planning a trip into Patong; it will take around 30 minutes by taxi to get to there, just remember taxis in Phuket are not cheap.

So if you were planning to stay at the Allamanda Phuket and want to spend a lot of time in Patong, you should look at either hiring a motorbike or a car or stay somewhere closer to the activities in Patong.
